Welcome to Heads of Coleshill. As we enter our 24th year, we feel extremely grateful to all our clients and staff for their loyalty and support over the years. The last few years have been tough for everyone including small independant businesses, so the fact we're still here and thriving is something we will be forever thankful for.
BOOKING FEE UPDATE:
We wanted to let you know about a small change to our appointment policy, which will come into effect from March 2026.
We want to be very clear that this decision is not aimed at our wonderful, loyal clients — many of whom have supported us for years and have never let us down. We truly appreciate you, and this hasn’t been an easy change to make. However, to be fair and consistent, the same policy needs to apply to everyone.
From March 2nd 2026, all appointments will require a 50 % booking fee to secure the booking. This change is being introduced to help protect our small business from no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which unfortunately have become more frequent and have a significant impact on us as an independent salon.
Your booking fee will be held securely on your account. For clients who regularly rebook their next appointment while in the salon, the booking fee can simply be carried forward to secure that future appointment. Of course, if preferred, it can also be used towards your appointment in line with our booking policy.
We hope you understand why this step is necessary, and we’re incredibly grateful for your continued support. It means more to us than we can say.

Booking Policy
A booking fee will be taken to secure all colour appointments.
Booking fees are transferable up to 48 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be lost.
This is a decision we have not taken lightly, but due to the current climate, we thank you for your understanding
Treatcard
We love to reward our clients for their loyalty. After lockdown, we introduced Treatcards, its our way of giving something back to our wonderful clients. Everytime you visit the salon, you earn points. Points=pounds which you can use to have money off your favourite products.
