Hi! Welcome to Heads of Coleshill and my fabulous team! I have been hairdressing for almost 40 years! Ssshh!
As we have just celebrated our 21st Birthday, I feel very fortunate to have grown the business with such a wonderful team.
I currently work three days in the salon and have recently completed my assessor exams. This year i look forward to training the next generation of stylists and continuing my jourmey in the educator / stylist role.
As a salon owner I regularly provide the team with training sessions carried out by the industries best educators within the Goldwell education system.
We think hairdressing is an ever evolving skill that requires keeping up to date with changing trends to ensure we remain at the top of our game!
Master Colourists
Sara
Sara is our longest serving member of staff and the salon would not be 'Heads' without her. Sara's brilliant sense of humour fills the salon with so much joy! Currently working four days in the salon, Sara can get incredibly busy but is always welcoming new clients. With her extensive experience, you'll be a guaranteed happy customer!
Alice
Alice has officially been part of the Heads team since 2019 but as Sharons daughter, she has grown up in the salon environment since before she was born!
She began her hairdressing journey in Stratford-Upon-Avon and gained excellent experience working alongside some fabulous stylists. Determined and eager, Alice will ensure you feel content and relaxed in your salon expeirence!
You might not catch Alice for an appointment for much longer as she is going on maternity leave in July, however she will still be behind the scenes posting your lovely hair transformation pictures on the salons social media pages.
Emma
Originally hired for maternity cover.... seven yers ago! We loved her that much, she had to stay. With over twenty years hairdressing experience, Emma certainley knows her stuff!
She has a wealth of salon experience, stretching from Birmingham City Centre to Solihull town centre, before finally joining the Heads family. Emma is a valued member of the team and you will find her in the salon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Stylists
Donna
Previously worked with Sharon in Yardley over twenty years ago, but we've had the pleasure of Donna for nineteen years here at Heads. Similar to Sara, she has a fantstic client base and a wealth of experience to ensure you feel comfortable and well looked after. Donna plays a vital role within the team and you can find her in the salon five days a week!
Claire
"Hi. My name is Claire. I started my hairdressing journey at the age of fifteen, working in a salon in Marston Green where i gained my NVQ level 1 and 2. At the age of eighteen I moved to a salon In Sheldon where I attained my NVQ level 3 and stayed there until the salon closure in 2011. It is then that I started my adventure with the Heads of Coleshill family, where I gained my NVQ in Barberng. I love this profession as it allows me to explore my creative side, whether thats cutting, colouring or a Gents trim. I continue to attend courses to keep in touch with the modern trends in Hairdressing. If you fancy a chat and looking to make a new friend then why not book in! Im currently working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday! Thank you :)"
Ellie
Our lovely Ellie! What would we do without her?
Ellie started her journey with us as a Saturday girl at 16 years young, and we are bursting with pride to tell everyone that she is now an extremely talented stylist!
Ellie passed her exams in September 2022 and as predicted, her clients love her just as much as we do!
We recently sent Ellie to the Goldwell Academy in London where she completed a 2 month training programme, further perfecting her skills and it has been wonderful to watch her confidence and excitement grow each week!
Be sure to book in with Ellie if you want a beautiful colour, haircut or just a lovely pamper with a lovely person.

Olivia
We are yet to sneak a pic of our newest team member, but she is settling in wonderfully!
Olivia has recently started her hairdressing journey as a level 2 apprentice. She does a fabulous job at looking after us all in the salon and it has already been said by a few clients "that was the best shampoo I've ever had!"
